Custom Commissioned Portraits



Here are some tips on how you can photograph your pet to achieve the best results for your portrait:



Have fun with taking the pictures, get down on the floor, be even with your pet; don’t photograph from above.



If someone needs to hold your pet, that is OK! I can paint the hands out.



Take at least four or five clear, in-focus photos. One of the photos should be a pose similar to what you wish to have as your painting. The other photos should show detail, markings, eye and fur color...and personality!!



Outdoor or natural lighting is best, but not mandatory.

Price is based on size. You can look at the Dog Painting Gallery to get an idea of size and price.
